Ballot Watcher - 2020 General Election

Nearly two months after the election, the Pennsylvania mail-in ballot dataset should be completely stable by now.  Meanwhile, as of December 28th, 135 thousand ballots were still missing from the Pennsylvania registered voters' databset compared to the official figures.  Due to the dramatic changes in these two datasets over the past few weeks, the author had been diligently downloading them for comparative analysis, to find out the crux, and to seek the truth. To this date, I have downloaded all the four updates of the mail-in ballot data from Pennsylvania's official website. The first two (updated on November 6th and November 10th respectively) have exactly the same data, so I will only compare the changes in the data in three dataset snapshots (November 6th, November 16th, and December 16th). In analyzing New Jersey's voter dataset, I found New Jersey's election fraud could be more serious than Pennsylvania's, but it has been kept out of the public eye because it is not a swing state.  Since New Jersey sends all active voters mail-in ballots automatically, the accuracy of the voter list is extremely important. First, I would like to talk a little about the reason for reading the New Jersey database. While analyzing the Pennsylvania data set, I came across a suspicious set of voter information from voters who lived in Pennsylvania and used out-of-state phone numbers. With the help of a fraud investigator from Epochtimes, we were able to make random phone calls to verify the information.   A Mr. Thomas X, who lives in Adams County, told us that he had lived temporarily in a neighboring state, New Jersey, and then returned to his home state of Pennsylvania. After waiting for over ten days, I finally got an email with the download URL for the Georgia Voter Database. The first problem I found when I opened the database was: Did 100% of Georgia's adult citizens register as voters?
